Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will enable distributed training by role-playing fighter aircraft and coordinating LFEs and small-team events with U.S. and allied aircrew.

You will review tactics materials, participate in exercise planning, and provide expert consulting on training and doctrine, with a current DoD Secret clearance and potential TS/SCI eligibility.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience.
• Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience.
• PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot/NFO/CSO/WSO with listed aircraft.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Travel ability of 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
