Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a Tactical Command and Control (C2) Operations SME for Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrews, using ASCOT, CES, NGTS, and MACE to simulate complex mission environments.

You will maintain current on threats, tactics, and procedures by reviewing manuals and bulletins, and you may travel up to 10% to support CAF exercise planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR
• Former ABM/AIC/Weapons Director with relevant platform experience (E-3 AWD/AWACS, E-2, CRC, TAOC, BMCS)
• Bachelor’s degree with 9 years’ command and control experience or Master’s with 7 years or PhD with 4 years
• Graduate of USAF Weapons School (WIC), TOPGUN, MAWTS, CAEWWS, or AWD considered a plus
• Operationally relevant experience within past 10 years (simulator experience considered)
• Ability to travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by planning, briefing, executing, and debriefing Large Force Exercises and Small Team events
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and help translate unit training requirements into missions
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients on training and doctrine development and evaluation
