Job summary

Serco Inc. seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for Air Combat Command’s CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training with U.S.

and allied aircrews, role‑playing fighter aircraft and operating with CES, NGTS, and MACE to rehearse missions in a boundless virtual battlespace. The role requires an active DoD Secret clearance (TS/SCI/SAP/SAR eligibility), a relevant degree with years of flight experience, travel up to 10%, and the ability to provide consulting

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator.
• Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with specified aircraft.
• Knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator allowed).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients on training doctrine, scenario development, and data analysis.
