SimVentions is seeking an enterprising System Administrator to develop and implement Windows- and Linux-based engineering solutions within a government software hosting facility at the NAVAIR base in Pax River, MD. This full-time, on-site role requires active secret clearance eligibility and eventual top secret access.

The ideal candidate will have RMF/STIG/ACAS experience, a Windows or Linux certification, and hands-on skills in managing hardware and software across VMs, containers, backups,

Qualifications

• Active Security+ certification preferred.
• Experience with RMF compliance and STIG/ACAS scanning.
• Certification in a Windows or Linux environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide engineering solutions for government hosting facility.
• Deploy and maintain physical and virtual hardware, including VMs and containers.
• Perform routine maintenance and configuration on hosts.
