Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field.
• 12–15 years in solution architecture or related roles in the federal government sector; aerospace experience required.
• Strong understanding of federal sector technologies and mission requirements.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Active security clearance preferred (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored solutions with internal teams to meet customer needs and support proposal development.
• Maintain and refine capability catalog, coordinating with MARCOM for external material.
• Design and research advanced applications to drive innovation and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to position emerging technologies and ensure competitiveness.
• Build relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to enable rapid solution development.
• Deliver technical work and capability briefings to support business development.
• Stay informed on trends and competitor activities to inform solution strategy.
• Manage multiple tasks and deadlines across solution development, documentation, and market research.
