Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical solution developmentfor complex problems across the Mission Technology Solutions portfolio.
- Shape customer requirementsthrough early engagement, market research, and identification of competitive discriminators.
- Develop proposal content, including technical volumes, whitepapers, and Basis of Estimates (BOEs), and respond to RFIs and market surveys.
- Apply advanced methodologiessuch asDigital Engineering,Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE),DevSecOps,Agile development,Cloud architectures, andData Analytics using AI/ML,with a strong emphasis onSystem of Systems integration.
- Strong interpersonal skillsworking across multi-disciplinary teams to capture and develop new and innovative solutions to a wide range of complex problems.
Security clearance requirements vary by position. While some opportunities may require anactive Secret security clearancedue to the nature of the work, others do not. Candidates without clearance are encouraged to apply, as we have roles that do not require this level of access. Clearance eligibility may be considered a differentiator for certain programs.

Required Qualifications
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field); advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum5-8 years of industry experiencein solution architecting or directly supporting operational programs to delivery capability to customers. Preferred experience in an operational leadership role such as a Team Lead or Integrated Product Team (IPT) lead.
- Technical Expertise
- Proven experience in one or more mission areas:Defense,Intelligence,Civilian Space, orHomeland Security.
- Strong background inModel Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), System of Systems integration, architecture, andinfrastructure.
- Familiarity with advanced methodologies such as:
- Digital Engineering
- Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- DevSecOps
- Agile development (software or hardware)
- Cloud architectures
- Data Analytics, AI/ML methodologies
- Cybersecurity
- Business Development & Proposal Skills
- Demonstrated ability to create, lead, or deliver technical solution development for complex problems for proposal volumes or operational programs.
- Experience writingtechnical solutions,whitepapers, and developingBasis of Estimates (BOEs)as part of a proposal.
- Ability to respond toRFIs,market surveys, and support customer shaping efforts.
