Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems- Missile Defense Integration in Huntsville, AL, seeks a Software Engineer (BM/SRM) to develop Java-based regional applications for BM/SRM within the C2BMC program, enabling software updates and integration across systems.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/Math/Physics or related field with 2 years experience, or an advanced degree, plus a current Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE/Math/Physics or related field with 2 years experience; or Master’s with 0 years; or 6 years experience in lieu.
• Active Secret clearance required at start of employment.
• Experience in object-oriented software development and data structures.
• Knowledge of Java, C#, C++, or equivalents; Python is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Will develop software in Java for the BM/SRM Regional Applications team in Huntsville, AL.
• Provide updates across systems and software disciplines; support design, testing, and integration.
• Analyze and support systems software products, including troubleshooting and user support.
