Job summary

Latitude Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager with extensive experience leading U.S. Department of Defense network programs. The role focuses on multi-million-dollar modernization, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT initiatives for DoD customers.

The ideal candidate will have DoD acquisition expertise, network architecture proficiency, cybersecurity compliance experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in regulated environments. Active Secret clearance or higher is required.

• Experience with DoD acquisition processes and network architecture initiatives.
• Strong cybersecurity compliance background and experience in regulated environments.
• Active Secret clearance or higher required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale DoD network programs from initiation through closeout.
• Oversee enterprise network modernization, cloud migration, cybersecurity, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Serve as primary interface with government customers, KO, and COR.
• Ensure compliance with DoD policies and cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF).
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, and performance per contract requirements.
• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and program budgets.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure contractual deliverables.
• Conduct risk management planning and mitigation strategies.
• Provide executive-level reporting including Earned Value Management metrics where applicable.
• Support proposals, capture strategy, and recompete efforts.
