Qualificações

• BS in a STEM field with 2+ years relevant military/professional experience, or MS with relevant experience.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher with recent BI or Continuous Evaluation.
• Ability to lead end-to-end requirements engineering and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements engineering across full lifecycle: decomposition, analysis, documentation, traceability, and verification.
• Collaborate with customers, program leadership, and technical teams to capture concepts and needs.
• Develop and maintain system/subsystem requirements, ICDs, and related artifacts.
• Maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, design elements, and test cases.
• Support architecture and design to ensure testability and alignment with constraints.
• Manage baselining and change control; assess cost, schedule, and performance impact.
• Work with test/integration teams to define verification methods and ensure validation.
