Job summary
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Rancho Bernardo, CA, is seeking a Senior Principal Requirements Engineer to support the AISR&T program. Qualifications
- Bachelors in STEM with 8+ years, or a Master's with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
- Active Secret or higher clearance with recent background investigation.
- Experience in MBSE and requirements management for complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and perform requirements engineering across the full lifecycle.
- Collaborate with customers, program leadership, and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain system and ICDs and related artifacts.
- Maintain bidirectional traceability between requirements, design, and tests.
- Support architecture and design with well-structured, verifiable requirements.
- Drive baselining and change control; assess impact on cost, schedule, performance.
- Define verification methods with test and integration teams.
