Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Rancho Bernardo, CA, seeks a System Integration Engineer to plan, execute, and troubleshoot integration across AISR&T, ensuring hardware, software, networks, and mission applications operate as a cohesive system.

You will work with design teams on interface designs, develop integration artifacts, perform system-level troubleshooting, and deliver status updates and briefings to program leadership. A Secret security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or Master's with related experience.
• System integration and/or systems engineering on complex systems.
• Familiar with integration and test processes, defect tracking, and configuration management tools.
• Active Secret clearance or higher with recent background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute system integration activities for AISR&T.
• Integrate software, hardware, networks, and subsystems into end-to-end configurations.
• Develop and maintain integration artifacts and test procedures.
• Collaborate with design teams to translate designs into integration steps.
• Perform system-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support definition and execution of integration tests and readiness reviews.
• Prepare integration status and risk/issue reports for leadership.
