Job summary

Leidos' Undersea Systems Division is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator in San Diego to support the Spindrift and Sculpin contracts. You will manage onboarding, security, procurement, travel, and supplier activities, coordinating with PM, DPM, and NIWC teams.

The role requires a Secret clearance, a 9/80B onsite schedule, and strong teamwork with internal and government stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of administrative and/or procurement experience, or Master's with 2-6 years.
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance prior to starting employment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Advanced Excel skills are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of Leidos employees at the San Diego site.
Coordinate security, badging, access, training, and certification requirements.
Prepare and submit documentation for purchase requests using P-Card, Costpoint, and NPO tools.
Prepare bi-weekly P-Card packages for audit; ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
Post Goods Receipts and process invoices through the NPO workflow.
Assist with travel arrangements, documentation, and expense reports.
Research supplier status in Ivalua; onboard prospective suppliers.
Serve as liaison between government personnel, Leidos leadership, project teams, and suppliers.
