Job summary

Leidos’ Undersea Systems Division in San Diego seeks a Project Coordinator to support the PM, DPM, and NIWC teams in executing the Spindrift and Sculpin contracts. You will coordinate onboarding, security, procurement, travel, and supplier management in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4-8 years of administrative and/or procurement experience (or Master's with 2-6 years)
• Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance prior to starting employment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with employees, leadership, government customers, suppliers, and management
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees at the San Diego site
• Coordinate security, badging, access, training, and certification requirements
• Prepare and submit purchase requests using Costpoint, NPO, and related tools
• Prepare bi-weekly P-Card packages for audit and reconcile transactions
• Post Goods Receipts and process invoices through the NPO workflow
• Assist with travel arrangements and expense report submissions
• Research supplier status in Ivalua and qualify prospective suppliers
• Serve as liaison among government personnel, Leidos leadership, project teams, and suppliers
• Track procurement actions from request to closeout
• Participate in meetings to provide status updates and mitigate risks
• Maintain accurate procurement, personnel, and administrative records
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
