Job summary

Ariel Partners seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead contract support operations and projects involving IT and telecommunications systems at multiple sites, including Fort Belvoir, VA.

You will coordinate teams, manage plans, risks, and deliverables, and ensure compliance with IT acquisition milestones while communicating with stakeholders.

Active Secret clearance required; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred; SAFe is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management experience.
• At least 10 years of leadership experience with increasing responsibility.
• Experience with IT acquisition milestones.
• Experience analyzing varied source docs and supporting acquisition docs.
• PM certification from an accredited institution or clearly explained equivalent.
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract support operations across multiple projects, teams, and locations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Lead teams through analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, and implementation.
• Set priorities, assign work, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues.
• Adjust the management structure and reporting relationships to support execution.
• Communicate plans, status, decisions, and issues clearly in writing and in meetings.
