Job summary

Nationwide IT Services, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead contract support operations across multiple projects and locations.

The role involves directing planning, execution, and delivery of automated information and telecommunications systems with a focus on compliance and efficiency. The candidate should have a BA/BS, SECRET clearance, and PMP or equivalent certification, with SAFe Agile certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of program management experience.
• Ten+ years of leadership experience in IT/consulting.
• Experience with IT acquisition processes and milestones.
• PMP or recognized equivalent certification; SAFe Agile certification optional.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day contract support operations across multiple projects, teams and locations.
• Organize, direct, and coordinate planning and production of all contract support activities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through analysis, design, integration, testing, documentation, conversion, extension, and implementation of automated information and telecommunications systems.
• Set priorities, assign work, monitor progress, address risks and issues, and maintain accountability for contract deliverables.
• Establish and adjust the management structure, staffing assignments, and reporting relationships to support effective contract execution.
• Communicate plans, status, decisions, and issues clearly in writing and in meetings and briefings.
• Support IT acquisition activities by assessing source documentation and helping prepare acquisition documentation.
