Responsabilidades

• Oversee all aspects of contract performance, ensuring compliance with the PWS.
• Manage resources, schedules, and deliverables to meet contract objectives.
• Ensure timely submission of deliverables and SLA compliance.
• Conduct regular reviews of contract performance and implement corrective actions.
• Manage 10+ team members in helpdesk and system administration functions.
