Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPT) in Dulles, VA or McLean, VA for the Space Sector. This 9/80 onsite role leads a team of engineers to deliver on program commitments and ensure cost, schedule, and technical performance.

You will coordinate with Engineering PM, Chief Engineer, LSE/SEIT Lead, and PMO to drive successful outcomes and maintain compliance with EVMS and SOW requirements. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of applicable experience, or a Master’s degree with 6+ years, or a PhD with 4+ years.
• Experience with spacecraft development lifecycle and EVMS, IMS, and CAM responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on all product team deliverables within cost and schedule, meeting contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations.
• Utilize EVMS to analyze progress, address variances, and ensure program performance.
• Conduct risk and opportunity management practices.
• Update the IMS and time-phased labor/material spreads for cost/schedule reporting.
• Ensure processes and policies are followed for auditable compliance.
• Coordinate staffing plans with engineering management and resolve resource conflicts.
• Coordinate with Global Supply Chain to manage suppliers and materials.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations and I&T to support build and I&T of IPT subsystems and products.
