Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows Desktop OS and Office Suites; remote deployment methods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance in a timely manner.
• Must meet 8140 requirements for PC Network Support Tech – IAT level 2 within 6 months.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to Special Access Programs as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support, telephone and on-site assistance, and ticket creation and updates.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between campus buildings and configure for minimal disruption.
• Maintain inventory records in asset tracking systems for hardware assets.
