Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician 2/3 to support information system lifecycle activities at our Bellevue, NE location. The role requires on-site work and involves handling tickets, workstation relocations, and basic diagnostics to keep operations running smoothly.

The candidate will assist with security paperwork, maintain asset inventories, and collaborate with Security on classified data handling. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office products.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience with IT service desks and ticketing systems preferred.
• Familiarity with remote deployment methods and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage tickets for support incidents with timely updates and documentation.
• Relocate workstations and equipment between campus buildings to minimize downtime.
• Provide basic diagnostics and problem isolation for hardware/software issues.
• Assist with security paperwork and ensure compliance with security requirements.
