Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a PC Network Support Technician to support information system lifecycle activities and relocation of workstations across campus. You will handle tickets, assist users, and maintain PCs, printers, and network devices in a secure environment.

Basic qualifications include Windows/Microsoft Office proficiency, AD management, and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Secret clearance. The role involves travel within the facility and a strong team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree (or higher) with relevant IT experience, or a bachelor’s degree with related background.
• Experience with Windows desktop OS, Office suites, and remote deployment methods.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret security clearance within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT help desk support and onsite workstation moves in a classified environment.
• Create and manage service tickets, document work, and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain asset inventory and support Active Directory user/computer accounts.
• Collaborate with Security to resolve classified data issues and comply with regulations.
