Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology / Industrial Engineering or related technical field.
- US Citizen with ability to obtain DoD Interim Secret and Secret clearance.
- Experience with Master Production Scheduling (MPS) and scheduling principles.
- DoD program experience and knowledge of defense industry practices preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Master Production Schedule to balance supply/demand across the factory.
- Translate demand plans into ERP forecasts; release executable demand.
- Drive schedule fidelity to meet customer delivery windows.
- Collaborate with programs and functional teams from shop floor to leadership.
- Provide cost/risk analyses and recommendations to leadership.
