Northrop Grumman is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Sentinel Program team in Roy, UT. The role focuses on hardware design and integration across mechanical, electrical, and hardware disciplines.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship with active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with related experience; Master's for higher level.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and engineering scheduling tools.
• Experience with CAD modeling using Siemens NX or similar.
• Experience supporting hardware design and resolving technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Join a multidisciplinary team to design hardware systems and components.
• Apply ASME processes to identify, design, and procure hardware.
• Support integrated assemblies against requirements and architecture diagrams.
• Create design artifacts and 3D models in NX and PLM environments.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, Design, Compliance, and Hardware teams.
