Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, public administration, or related field.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• In lieu of a degree, three years of management improvement experience accepted.
• Six+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with organizational/operational analyses and cost/benefit analysis.
• Ability to apply qualitative and quantitative analytical methods.
• Experience with Excel, Access, CMMS, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of federal financial laws, regulations, and policies.
• Ability to gather data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to present findings.
• Experience with database management and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract administration support by translating requirements into requisitions.
• Review vendor invoices for accuracy and contract compliance.
• Initiate and track public trust certification and security clearance requests.
• Advise providers on government contractor registration and payments.
• Maintain service provider information in contract management systems.
• Coordinate with Diplomatic Security on facility access and clearance matters.
• Prepare drafts of correspondence, memoranda, and reports for leadership review.
• Compile, analyze, and report program data to support decisions.
• Support operations through document control and admin coordination.
• Perform additional analytical and administrative duties as required.
