Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Secret clearance.
• Should have 5 years of experience in data analysis.
• Must possess BA/BS or BA/MS degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop or apply mathematical or statistical theory and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data.
• Specialize in fields such as biostatistics, agricultural statistics, business statistics, or economic statistics.
• Perform duties inclusive of mathematical and survey statisticians.
• Support knowledge management processes: content analysis, document management, data capture, portals, shared storage, workflow, collaboration, data warehousing, decision support, and dissemination.
• Support planning for enterprise modernization, including selecting and measuring packaged solutions and ensuring integration with data and processes.
• Develop and implement policies, processes, and platforms to enhance information sharing across Incident Command and IC for hostage recovery and related portfolios.
• Identify mission-critical information sharing requirements and propose technical solutions.
• Design, construct, and populate internal repositories for analytic, policy, program, background, and legislative information related to Prevention and Security.
• Provide knowledge management and content support to information portals.
• Maintain databases.
• Experience working with Power BI and Tableau.
• Conduct database mining for RFIs and perform limited analysis of data from FPS databases.
