Job summary

Northrop Grumman’s Defense Systems sector is seeking a Support Equipment Integration Manager 3 to support the Sentinel program in Roy, Utah. The role leads integration efforts for launch systems equipment, coordinating across teams and stakeholders to ensure effective design, build, and test activities.

Ideal candidates bring a STEM degree with 6–8+ years of experience, possess a US Government Secret clearance, and have strong planning, system integration and risk management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in STEM with 8 years of related experience, or 6 years with Masters
• US Citizen with an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance
• Experience with technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk

Responsibilities

• Lead LS integration efforts for Sentinel support equipment and prototypes.
• Coordinate between the Support Equipment OU IPTs and stakeholders for design, build and test execution.
• Interface with executive and senior leaders on status and progress.
• Perform functional analyses, timeline analyses, trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition.
• Translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
