Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree preferred or technical associate with relevant experience.
- Hands-on IT and cloud troubleshooting experience across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
- Incident management: respond to tickets and incidents for cloud services.
- Diagnosis: analyze configurations, logs, and metrics to find root causes.
- Technical guidance: advise customers on best practices and troubleshooting.
- Case management: manage lifecycles and ensure timely communication.
- Collaboration: work with engineering and product teams to resolve issues.
