Job summary

Koniag Data Solutions, LLC (a Koniag Government Services company) seeks a Digital Systems Archivist with SECRET clearance to support CMH in Washington, DC. The role covers digital systems administration, metadata processing, workflow automation, analytics, and dashboard development for large digital collections.

Responsibilities include organizing and migrating digital content, maintaining storage and search tools, and delivering executive reports and RFI support.

Qualifications

• MLS or related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with digital collection systems and database management.
• Experience with metadata systems, digital content management, and database administration.
• Proven experience with large-scale digital systems and data workflows.
• U.S. Citizen; ability to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize AHRO-C and AHRO-U digital collections.
• Create and maintain systems for labeling and storage (metadata/indexing).
• Support storage management, data migration, and backup processes.
• Process born-digital content and validate compliance with requirements.
• Develop analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting; support RFI cell.
