• Must be able to perform workstation rebuilds as well as research and implement new technologies.
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems related to software and basic network troubleshooting.
• Administer daily management of computers and software.
• Assist in management of users and resources and monitor security appliances.
