Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of experience in Configuration Management
• U.S. Government DoD Secret level clearance/eligibility required and maintaining
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Location at a U.S. Government Facility

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate configuration data for hardware assets in CMPRO
• Ensure CIs are identified, documented, and tracked throughout their lifecycle
• Document and track hardware changes in CMPRO to support change management
• Generate CMPRO reports for audits, assessments, and decision-making
• Collaborate with logistics personnel and system administrators to ensure configuration accuracy
• Enforce configuration management policies and procedures
• Prepare and process shipping documentation for systems and configuration items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track system/equipment locations
• Update and utilize tracking systems
• Resolve discrepancies in shipments or inventory counts
• Other duties assigned
