Job summary

Northrop Grumman in San Diego seeks a CM/DM leader to guide a skilled team on a program spanning hardware and software configuration management.

You will plan documentation, review contracts, coordinate changes with design, manufacturing and QA, and mentor engineers.

Requires a Bachelor's plus 5 years (or Master's 3 years) or 9+ years in lieu, CM standards, change control, and ability to obtain a US Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in a related field plus required experience.
• Experience solving complex hardware/software CM issues.
• Knowledge of CM standards and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide CM/DM leadership to the program team.
• Lead planning and documentation for engineering and production activities.
• Coordinate changes with design, manufacturing, and QA teams.
• Deliver performance feedback, training, mentoring and career development.
• Support workforce planning and maintain depth of skill within the department.
• Engage with senior management to align priorities and objectives.
