Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of CM experience and familiarity with mature CM practices and procedures.
• Strong change-control and engineering review board facilitation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Draft and promulgate CM direction and vision.
• Ensure changes are identified, documented, controlled and audited.
• Develop/Manage division CM plans (CMP).
• Provide CM training and facilitate ERB/CCB meetings.
• Organize configurations with PMs and lead engineers.
• Support and conduct FCA/PCA audits.
