Job summary

Leidos Defense Sector seeks a Senior Configuration Management Analyst to lead CM activities across product lifecycles. You will review design releases, maintain PLM data, and ensure compliance with CM policies and customer requirements.

The role demands coordination with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and external contacts. You will develop and maintain CM documentation, plans, and audit forms, while guiding a team and delivering solutions in a dynamic environment; on-site work is required

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree in a relevant field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience.
• Resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL area.
• Detailed knowledge of CM principles, processes and data management practices.
• Experience with CM standards (SAE EIA-649, MIL-STD-31000, ISO 9001, etc.).
• Experience with PLM tools (Agile PLM, Windchill, ENOVIA, Teamcenter, Aras).
• Knowledge of BOMs, CAD drawings, and related technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Execute CM processes and controls in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Review and authorize data and release documents for configuration items.
• Maintain CM plans, policies and audit records.
• Collaborate with CM, engineering, manufacturing, quality and customers.
• Lead CM team members on solution design and process improvements.
• Support a DoD security clearance as needed.
