Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Configuration Analyst in Warner Robins, GA, to lead CAD activities for the Integrated Mission Solutions team. Qualifications

• 9 years of directly relevant experience in lieu of a degree; 7 years with an associate’s degree in a STEM field; 5 years with B.S degree; 3 years with master’s degree.
• Extensive experience creating engineering drawings in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, NX or similar CAD software.
• Knowledge of DoD engineering drawing/TDP requirements and associated ASME standards
• Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
• Must currently hold or be able to maintain a U.S Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Preparing engineering drawings for our internal team or to be delivered to customers
• Review and analyze engineer change data and coordinate changes with engineering, quality, and manufacturing
• Ability to provide expertise on engineering drawings and technical data packages (TDPs)
• Frequent communication with engineering team is needed, therefore excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential to succeeding in this role
