Northrop Grumman Defense Systems in Clearfield, UT seeks a Computer Aided Design Operator 3 to support the SDS Division. You will create and revise drawings and documents for complex systems, aligning with government and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in 3D CAD and 2D drawings, plus experience with Siemens NX/Teamcenter and MS Office. This full-time role offers a robust benefits package and a 9/80 schedule where applicable.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance.
• Requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
• Requires 3 years experience in 3D CAD modeling and 2D drawing creation.
• Requires experience with Microsoft Office tools (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Preferred: CD or CCD certification, Siemens NX, Siemens Teamcenter, GD&T, ASME standards.

Responsibilities

• Create and revise technical drawings, plans, and documentation to support design, development, and maintenance of systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Use CAD software to produce accurate drawings, diagrams, and schematics meeting standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure drawings are accurate and meet program requirements.
• Provide drafting support for proposals, reports, and other technical documents with compliant documentation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CAD software and strong attention to detail.
