Job summary

CACI International seeks a Project Analyst to support the PMO in overseeing global C4ISR DoD projects. The role involves coordinating stakeholders, developing operation plans within budget, and serving as a liaison between technical and functional teams.

You will prepare detailed project reports, craft presentations, and support decision-making with data analysis. A strong background in C4ISR, RF networks, and FAR knowledge is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 5+ years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar programs.
• 2+ years of direct work experience with RF communications or networks.
• Experience supervising a project team.
• Experience writing proposals and/or preparing bid.
• Experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify mission requirements and resources.
• Develop operation plans within budget to meet customer requirements for global support.
• Serve as a liaison between technical and functional areas.
• Support project managers in planning and monitoring program operations.
• Conduct analysis of project requirements to ensure stakeholder needs are met.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Create detailed reports on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Deliver professional presentations communicating status, findings, and recommendations.
• Use visual aids and data to enhance presentations.
• Draft, edit, and format documents in Microsoft Word to professional standards.
• Analyze data and create spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel to support decisions.
