Job summary

CACI is seeking a Project Analyst to join the Program Management Team and oversee global C4ISR DoD projects. The role includes coordinating with stakeholders, developing within budget plans, and producing actionable reports for leadership.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or managerial field, 5+ years in C4ISR or related programs, and strong written and oral communication skills. Travel up to 10% is expected as part of program execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any technical or managerial discipline.
• 5+ years of direct work experience with C4ISR or similar program/projects.
• 2+ years of direct work experience with design/development, production, installation, and test & evaluation of RF Communications or Networks.
• Experience supervising a project team.
• Experience scheduling work, writing proposals and/or preparing bid.
• Experience ordering and/or transporting equipment and material.
• Knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies.
• Exceptional written and oral communications abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify mission requirements and schedules.
• Support project managers in planning and monitoring program operations.
• Develop operation plans that fit within budget and meet customer requirements.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Create detailed reports on project progress, issues, and outcomes.
• Deliver professional presentations to communicate project status and recommendations.
