Job summary

Hui Huliau seeks an Audit Support Financial Analyst to join the Advanced C4 Solutions Inc. team at Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. The role delivers journeyman-level financial analysis, validates data, and supports audit readiness for DoD and Navy programs.

The position requires DoD/Navy experience, GAAP/GAGAS knowledge, and strong Excel skills. Exempt/non-exempt status and full-time hours are provided with a focus on accuracy and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Secret clearance required.
• 3+ years of experience performing financial statement audits, including internal control testing.
• Experience with historical comparative analysis of financial records.
• Experience with the Department of Defense or Department of Navy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, advanced charts, Power Query, and macros.
• Experience applying process improvements to create efficiencies.
• Knowledge of GAAP and GAGAS.
• HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide journeyman-level financial analysis and audit support to the DoD Navy program.
• Perform analysis and reconciliation of financial transactions, funding documents, commitments, obligations, expenditures, and accounting records.
• Identify discrepancies and assist in corrective actions; conduct quality-control reviews for compliance.
• Develop financial reports, reconciliations, metrics, and leadership‑visible analyses.
• Support audit readiness and remediation activities, including documentation and responses to audit requests.
