Job summary

Anglicotech, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support PACFLT, NMC HQ, and related sites with audit and internal controls focus. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, with CPA/CISA/CIA/CGFM/CDFM certifications preferred.

On-site presence on Oahu, HI 2–3 days per week, travel up to 25–30%, and ability to obtain a Secret security clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in audit, internal controls or accounting.
• CPA, CISA, CIA, CGFM or CDFM certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Support Audit Existence & Completeness Baseline Plan and MRC Audit Campaign Plan.
• Provide operational controls support to PACFLT and NMC HQ teams.
• Assist with MRC sample selection, tracking, QA checks, and reporting.
• Deliver training and real-time support to reporting activities.
• Support MOP dashboard inputs and reporting.
• Perform root cause and trend analysis.
• Provide audit remediation support and leadership insights.
• Maintain coordination across fleet and HQ stakeholders.
