Job summary

Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Systems Engineer (Level 2 or 3) with mechanical engineering experience to join its Roy, UT team, supporting the Sentinel program. The role reports to the PLT Mechanical Design Integration lead and involves developing interface models and managing equipment configurations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or equivalent required; Level 2 requires 2 years with degree or 0 years with Master’s.
• Level 3 requires 5 years with bachelor’s, 3 years with master’s, or 1 year with PhD; active DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with systems or mechanical design; CAD software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop full vehicle installation models and interface control models.
• Manage configuration of support equipment and drawing/log modeling trees.
• Interface with IPTs to derive interface requirements and ConOps; contribute to mass properties analysis.
