Job summary

Northrop Grumman is hiring a Systems Engineer (Level 2 or Level 3) with mechanical engineering experience for the Roy, UT Sentinel program. The role reports to the PLT Mechanical Design Integration lead and involves building installation and interface models for complex weapon system hardware.

Responsibilities include interface modeling, equipment configuration management, and collaboration with multiple IPTs to develop ConOps and mass properties analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science/Engineering/Math required with 2 years experience or Master’s degree with 0 years.
• US Citizenship with Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• 1 year of experience with systems or mechanical design and CAD.
• 3 years for Level 3 with related experience and CAD usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop full vehicle installation models.
• Create Interface Control Models.
• Manage configuration of Support Equipment.
• Maintain PLT drawing and modeling trees.
• Collaborate with IPTs on interface requirements.
• Support mass properties analysis and documentation.
