Job summary

RTX seeks software engineers for development across Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, and related systems in Massachusetts. You will join agile teams delivering end-to-end software solutions for aerospace and defense programs.

Requirements include a STEM degree and 2+ years of software experience in C++, C#, Java or similar, with exposure to agile practices like Scrum or SAFe. Relocation is eligible; on-site work in Tewksbury/Woburn, MA is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics or a related (STEM) discipline.
• Minimum of two (2) or more years of relevant experience in software development, integration, and/or test using C++, C#, Java or similar software language.
• Experience with Agile environments and collaboration in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications.
• Participate in agile execution and continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with Systems and Integration Test Engineers to analyze, implement and test system.
