Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Senior Staff Systems Engineer in Huntsville to lead and mature missile defense product line capabilities. The role combines individual contribution with product line leadership across MDI Futures, GWS, and IR&D projects, driving strategic tech solutions and proposals.

You will mentor teams, collaborate across BU functions, and ensure technical and cost-effective program execution while maintaining a DoD Secret clearance and travel readiness.

Responsibilities
