Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Systems, Multi-Domain Operations, and Missile Defense Integration BU in Huntsville, AL seeks DevOps Software Engineers to support the Ground Weapons System program. You will contribute to software products that enable the GWS capability for the Missile Defense Agency.

This role requires an active Secret clearance, strong DevOps experience, and proficiency in Python, C++, and Java. You will work in a collaborative, in-person environment in Huntsville.

Qualifications

• STEM B.S. degree or higher with relevant experience.
• Active in-scope US government Secret clearance required to start.
• Experience with Atlassian tools and Git/Bitbucket.
• DevOps environment experience and ability to decompose complex problems.
• Experience with Python, C++, Java, MATLAB or ADA and OO design.
• Ability to work in a in-person/closed-area environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical contributions and guidance to software products for the GWS program.
• Support design and development of Ground Weapons System capabilities for MDA.
• Operate in a DevOps setting and collaborate across teams.
