Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner to guide priorities for a DoW modernization program, focusing on a unified access platform and single sign-on across a portfolio of applications. The role drives backlog prioritization, aligns Agile efforts with customer objectives, and supports ongoing operation of existing apps during modernization.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis for enterprise web apps.
Experience delivering in Agile environments for federal government customers.
Experience conducting usability sessions and translating findings into backlog items.
Active Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog across four phased delivery gates.
Define clear acceptance criteria for user stories and phase-exit deliverables.
Lead ongoing user engagement with analysts, industry users, and the public to gather needs and feedback.
Translate feedback into actionable backlog items and track success metrics with the customer.
