Job summary

Concept Solutions LLC is seeking a Product Owner to support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War customer. The role focuses on unifying access with a single sign-on, centralized work surface, and a repeatable integration approach.

The Product Owner will guide priorities, engage stakeholders, and ensure Agile delivery aligns with customer needs and program objectives. 5+ years in ownership or business analysis and active Secret clearance are required.

Description Concept Solutions, LLC (CS) is seeking a Product Owner to support a mission-critical application modernization program for a Department of War (DoW) customer.

This initiative focuses on simplifying and unifying access across a portfolio of production applications through a single sign-on experience, a centralized work surface, and a repeatable approach for integrating applications into a shared platform.

The Product Owner will play a key role in guiding product priorities, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring Agile development efforts align with customer needs and program objectives. This position also supports the continued operation and sustainment of existing applications throughout modernization.

Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog across four customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones.

Track and report on success metrics established with the customer.

5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis supporting enterprise web applications.

~ Experience working in Agile software development environments delivering solutions to federal government customers.

~ Active Secret security clearance.

Experience with identity management, workflow systems, or case-management applications.

Location: Remote

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours of 9:00 a.m.–Agile Delivery: Two-week sprints with a customer demonstration each sprint.

Travel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance. An active Secret clearance or higher

Equipment: Government-furnished equipment is required for all access to government environments.
