Job summary

Concept Solutions, LLC is seeking a Product Owner to lead a mission-critical DoW modernization program that unifies access across a portfolio of applications with a single sign-on, a centralized work surface, and a shared platform.

You will own the backlog across four customer-gated phases, engage stakeholders, report on success metrics, and ensure Agile delivery aligns with program objectives. Remote work with 40 hours/week; travel 0–10% in the DC area; active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product ownership or business analysis experience with enterprise web applications.
• Experience delivering solutions to federal government customers.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Location: Remote; Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week; core hours of 9:00 a.m.
• Travel: 0–10%, within the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoW security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog across four customer-gated phases, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery milestones.
• Track and report on success metrics established with the customer.
• Support operation and sustainment of existing applications during modernization.
• Guide product priorities and engage stakeholders to ensure Agile delivery aligns with customer needs.
