Qualifications

• Typically requires HS diploma (or GED) with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience performing assemblies using work instructions, engineering drawings, schematics, and related documentation with limited supervision.
• US Citizen with active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance required prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands‑on assembly of electronic and mechanical assemblies in a classified production environment.
• Clock into the production tracking system and prepare subassemblies with required consumables.
• Conduct visual inspections prior to installation; use magnification as needed.
• Assemble wiring, connectors, brackets and sub‑assemblies to printed specifications.
• Work at seated and standing positions; use bonding machines as needed.
• Progress to rework tasks with greater build understanding and non‑linear sequences.
• Perform final visual inspection before moving units to production queue and document work in the system.
