This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance and may involve up to 10% travel. You will contribute to disaster recovery planning, security configurations, and documentation of procedures.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree completed.
• CompTIA A+ certification.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic network, hardware, software, and system issues.
• Position is contingent upon contract award.
• Up to 10% travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, and support internal and external networks.
• Maintain network, system, application, and security configurations.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Install and support network hardware, software, patches, and system updates.
• Document network configurations, system changes, troubleshooting activities, and technical procedures.
• Coordinate with other technical personnel to resolve network, system, and application issues.
