Job summary

A Bachelor's degree is required, along with CompTIA A+. The role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, and may involve up to 10% travel as needed to meet mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree completed and CompTIA A+ certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
• Experience troubleshooting basic network, hardware, software, and system issues.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, operate, and support internal and external networks.
• Maintain network, system, application, and security configurations.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Install and support network hardware, software, patches, and updates.
• Recommend upgrades to improve reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support to system users.
• Assist with backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Document configurations, changes, troubleshooting activities, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity and DoD configuration-management requirements.
• Coordinate with other IT personnel to resolve issues.
