Serco Inc. is seeking a Network Administrator to support a DoD mission in Huntsville, AL. You will build and maintain networks, systems, and applications, collaborating with a skilled technical team to ensure availability and security.

You will work on configuring networks, maintaining system backups, and assisting with incident response and security requirements. A Secret clearance is required, and up to 10% travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CompTIA A+ certification required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret security clearance.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Set up, configure, operate, and support internal and external networks.
• Maintain network, system, application, and security configurations.
• Monitor network and system performance and troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
• Install and support network hardware, software, patches, and system updates.
• Recommend upgrades, patches, applications, and equipment to improve reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to system users.
• Assist with backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Document network configurations, system changes, troubleshooting activities, and procedures.
• Support cybersecurity and configuration-management requirements for the DoD environment.
• Coordinate with other technical personnel to resolve issues.
